We offer fully furnished student rooms and holiday houses on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. All our properties are close to the Griffith University Hospital, shopping centres, bus stops, and trams, but away from flood-prone areas and noisy freeways. They are located in the middle of a triangle encompassing the main theme parks. Each house has high-speed WiFi, refrigerators, washing machine/s, a dishwasher, electric oven/s, cooktop/s, microwave/s, television/s, and *air conditioners.

For guests’ and tenants’ use, we provide dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, rice cookers, electric kettles, cutting knives, chopping boards, dish-cloths, tea-towels, dishwashing liquid, handwash, cleaning equipment (including vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, brooms, etc.), electric irons, ironing boards, clothes baskets, and clothes drying racks. We provide vacation guests towels and linen but ask student tenants to bring their own. All doors, including external and bedrooms, are equipped with locks. Front and back doors have locking security screen doors. All windows are locking and furnished with security screens.

Students

Our student houses are close to Griffith university, transport, shops, and parks. Car parking is available, and rent includes electricity, internet, and water. We strive to provide a safe, clean, and quiet environment in which to study. Keeping the number of tenants per house to five or six encourages a friendly atmosphere. Any problems are fixed quickly, rather than leaving tenants waiting. When repairs are required, we attend to them immediately. Please consider these reasons for picking one of our rooms. Holiday Guests

During December and January each year we provide holiday houses for tourists. The homes are positioned with both theme parks and shopping centres in mind. While they are not beachfront luxury, they are functional, clean, and cost-effective. Professional cleaners clean each house after guests leave and before new guests arrive. Complimentary shampoo and body wash are included, with milk, sugar, sweetener, coffee, tea, salt, and pepper. At arrival, guests will find washing powder, toilet paper, and tissues provided.
